Name and contact details (email, telephone, address);
Company or institution name and registration number where the enquiry is made on behalf of a legal entity;
Order, contract and payment history;
IP address, browsing data and the history of enquiries made through site forms;
Correspondence content.

Conclusion and performance of a contract — Article 6(1)(b);
Compliance with legal obligations, including accounting — Article 6(1)(c);
Legitimate interests: handling enquiries, site security, abuse prevention — Article 6(1)(f);
Consent for non-essential cookies and marketing — Article 6(1)(a).

4. Recipients

Data may be shared with service providers acting as processors: hosting and server infrastructure, email, accounting and payment providers. Data is disclosed to law enforcement and supervisory authorities only in cases provided for by law.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact. Contract and accounting data is kept for the periods required by law.
