Questions about development

Do you use templates?

No. We build custom themes. We use Elementor where the client needs to edit layouts themselves, but we always write the foundation — that is what keeps the site fast and maintainable.

Will I be able to edit the content myself?

Yes. We build content fields so an editor cannot accidentally break the layout. At handover we run training and leave written instructions.

What happens to existing search results?

We preserve the URL structure or set up 301 redirects from a mapping table of old and new addresses, then monitor Search Console for errors after launch.

Will the site be accessible?

We follow core accessibility principles on every site. On public sector projects we additionally run a WCAG 2.1 AA audit and prepare the accessibility statement.

Who looks after the site after launch?

We can hand it to your team or maintain it ourselves: updates, backups, monitoring, security. Hourly rate from €80 + VAT.
